Here is a detailed description of the steps involved to complete a landscape project. This is an example of a small residential project completed in the Chula Vista area.

Step 1

Design and plans for Homeowner’s Association if needed.

Step 2

Installation of footings, drainage, electrical, electrical lines for lighting, gas lines for fire-pit, BBQ, & fire bowl.

Step 3

Installation of masonry work including block water feature, BBQ, block bench, block fire-pit, block columns for BBQ.

Step 4

Installation of concrete bands on flooring, poured-in-place caps on bench and fire-pit, water feature, and patio cover columns.

Step 5

Installation of pavers.

Step 6

Installation of tile countertop and stacked veneer for BBQ, fire-pit, bench, patio cover columns, and water feature.

Step 7

Construction of patio cover.

Step 8

Installation of irrigation system.

Step 9

Installation of plant material and low voltage lighting.
